VERTICAL SHEET STORAGE

Vertical sheet storage racks are designed for the storage of smaller pieces, such as products that have been cut, leftovers, or partial sheets. The product is stored vertically on a rolling drawer that facilities loading and unloading. Because the sheets are stored vertically, the racks can hold a significant amount of material in a relatively small footprint. Due to their small and compact design, these vertical sheet storage systems can be stored close to operating equipment, without taking up too much valuable floor space.

The content of stored products are highly visible, adding to the accessibility that this storage system offers. Each sheet is available to the picker in a quick, easy and safe manner. With roll-out drawers, the risk of bending or damaging sheets while picking products is greatly reduced. Each non-skid drawer extends fully from the rack and can be used by one person. These features not only protect your product, but the safety of your warehouse workers as well.

The standard capacity is 1,500 bls, and there are 8 models ranging from 6′ x 4′, to 12′ x 5′. Up to 15 roll out vertical drawers can be implemented per storage frame. Wire mesh backing, or protective linings can be added to the drawers should that be a requirement.
