STRUCTURAL RACKING
Structural racking is made with low gauge industrial steel. Rather and welded, or roll formed pallet racking, components of structural racking are made using fully hot-rolled structural steel frames, with enclosed roll-formed beams.Â
Because of it’s robust design, structural steel racking is best for higher-capacity applications. The open channel design and thick cross-section make the structural rack strong enough for any application and meets all industry strength requirements.
Like all pallet racking systems, structural racking still maintains the flexibility to be configured in various ways. Structural Rack has the versatility to be used in almost any racking configuration including Selective Pallet Rack, Drive-In/Drive-Thru, Push-Back and more. It can also be integrated with roll-formed components to provide a more economical alternative when a structural system is required. Therefore, this easy to assemble system can expand to fit your growing needs due to its bolted connections that provide multi-directional strength.

Higher Rated Capacity
Due to it's exceptionally strong construction, structural rack is rated at a higher weight capacity compared to other pallet racking systems, like welded racking.
Easily Maintained
With hot-rolled steel channels, structural steel racking is debris resistant and therefore more easily cleaned compared to other pallet racking designs.
Resistant to Damage
Welded racking is more prone to damage from forklift accidents, whereas structural steel racking is stronger and thus less likely to incur damage.
