MOBILE RACKING SYSTEMS PRODUCT LINES

This mobile system was developed for general storage applications of bulky, light to medium loads. Bulk & Roll system is light-weight, reliable and it’s innovative design allows for easy installation, use and maintenance.

System Capacity: 2,400 lb (1,089 kg) per section.

FEATURES

Rails: Made of aluminum bars up to 144” long and secured to the floor with concrete screws. Levelness of floor to be 1/2” maximum variation within 10’.
Wheels: Made of a proprietary glass-filled nylon that is resistant to water and most chemical solvents. They have good abrasion and compression resistance and they won’t flat spot. They have an operating temperature of -45° to +350° Fahrenheit.
Bearings: All wheel bearings are stainless steel ball bearings.
Wheel Shafts: All shafts are made of stainless steel.
Wheel Channels: Made of steel and are powder coated. Formed to be easy to clean. Capacity of 2,400lbs per section.
No Side Members: Wheel channels are linked at their center to create a free space for the workers shoes on both sides of the mobile.
Drive Tube: Tubular drive shafts are made of 1.315” (33.4mm) outside diameter by 1.045” (26.5mm) inside diameter powder coated steel tubing. Each end is sealed.
Handles: Are made of durable glass-filled nylon and have a push-button aisle locking mechanism.
Chain Mechanisms: Chains are confined to hide mechanical hazards.
Hardware: All hardware is made of stainless steel.
Racking: 4D Bolted Light-duty racking is made of steel and powder coated.

Heavy Duty Mechanical Assist Mobile Racking System

Products are efficiently organized, and easily retrieved using Montel’s safecrank to safely move the system. By pressing the aisle safety push-button located at the handle’s center, you can securely lock the system in place.

System Capacity: Up to 16,000 lb per single depth rack section (7,258 kg).

FEATURES

6ft 1/4 carriage height.
Large 3-spoke SafeCrank handle.
A single deep racking section capacity of 16,000 lb (7 258 kg).
Components painted with a resistant electrostatically applied powder coat finish (various colors to select from).
Dimensions: bay depth (48″ or 96″), bay width (3′ and 12′), carriage length of 45’.
Mechanical column’s front drive unit made from 14-gauge galvanized steel covered by a 18-gauge painted steel box.

Existing racking can be transferred to industrial mobile carriages, doubling storage density of your facility. This high-capacity, high-performance solution can reclaim more than 50% of your current storage area by compacting racking and eliminating unnecessary aisle space.
