THE PROBLEM

Chair Decor, Linens, & More experienced a garment racking failure that shut down the company’s operations, damaged the linens, and posed a significant business challenge in the face of COVID-19.

THE SOLUTION

A new storage solution was planned, proposed, and installed. The new system was 8 rows of 3-tiered static storage racks, each row 40′ in length. The garment-on-hanger storage system allows for dense storage, without sacrificing accessibility.

THE RESULTS

Concept acted quickly to clean up the failed racking system, along with cleaning up all damaged garment products. The new static, garment-on-hanger racking system offered a more dense storage solution, without forfeiting accessibility.
