Knock Down bolted rack is bolted together instead of welded. It is just as easy to install as welded racking and has the same options for configurations.
However, it has some advantages over welded pallet rack. For instance, knock down bolted rack is typically available from stock and therefore available quickly with minimal lead time. They are easier and less expensive to reconfigure or repair than welded pallet racks. Lastly, because knock down bolted racking can be shipped unassembled, freight costs to ship to a site will be reduced.Â
Knock down bolted racks are fully interchangeable with welded racks and come in single or welded double post options. They are available in both 13 gauge and 14 gauge with a painted or galvanized finish. They can also be easily integrated with standard pallet racking accessories like wire mesh decks, safety bars and row spacers.Â
